I help entrepreneurs, startups, and business owners think strategically about how they position, communicate, and grow their organizations. My focus is on helping businesses optimize resources, strengthen competitive positioning, build market share, and create sustainable business models that support long-term success. Throughout my career, I have worked with organizations to develop strategic plans, evaluate market opportunities, improve marketing effectiveness, and communicate more effectively with customers, investors, lenders, employees, and other key stakeholders. I also help business leaders better understand financial information and use it to make stronger business decisions. I began my career as a journalist with McGraw-Hill before spending more than 30 years helping publicly traded companies communicate with Wall Street and other stakeholders. My experience includes investor relations, media relations, public affairs, executive communications, crisis communications, and strategic planning. After retiring in 2021, I chose to devote more time to mentoring entrepreneurs and small business owners. I believe every organization has a compelling story to tell, and I enjoy helping business leaders discover that story, communicate it effectively, and use it to support growth and long-term success.
