I bring many years of experience helping entrepreneurs and business owners transform ideas into clear, actionable business models and growth strategies. My work has included guiding startups through the Business Model Canvas Suite, supporting mid-sized organizations with strategic analysis, and assisting multi-million-dollar companies as they evaluate expansion opportunities. I have facilitated workshops for startups, established businesses, educational institutions, and fellow business mentors, including programs at Lake Erie College and Case ThinkBox. I have also worked under contract with a major government entity supporting new business development initiatives. My background spans professional stage management, theatre and video production, auctioneering, software development, and business consulting.
